The Nurses Association of Jamaica is to meet with representatives of the finance ministry on Thursday to discuss several outstanding items under the 2017/19 wage agreement.
The NAJ had given the government until the end of May to settle the items, which include the appointment of over 1,500 temporary nurses and the provision of four 30-seater buses to assist with transporting nurses.
The items should have been implemented last October following the signing of a heads of agreement in September.
