Members of Parliament, Government Senators, and Opposition Senators will be officially sworn in at Gordon House tomorrow (Thurs).
Earlier today (Wed), the governing Jamaica Labour Party announced its 13 Senators.
During a ceremony this afternoon, Senators Kamina Johnson Smith, Dr. Dana Morris Dixon, and Aubyn Hill were sworn in as both Senators and Members of the Cabinet.
Among the government senators, three are newcomers: Christian Tavares Finson, Keith Duncan, and Rose Marie Bennett-Cooper.
Returning members include Tom Tavares Finson, Abka Fitzhenley, Kavan Gayle, Sherene Golding Campbell, Charles Sinclair, Marlon Morgan, and Dr. Elon Thompson.
