Member of parliament for St Thomas Western, James Robertson has hailed Dancehall artiste Popcaan’s contributions to the parish as heroic.
Robertson was the guest speaker at the Unruly Fest 2019 media launch on Wednesday.
He used the occasion to highlight the contributions of Popcaan to his home parish over the past three years.
The launch was also attended by Minister of Culture Entertainment Olivia Grange.
Unruly Fest is slated for December 21 at the GoodYear Oval and is set to feature performances from Agent Sasco, Bounty Killer, Capleton, Sizzla Kalonji, Chronic Law, Quada and JaFrass, with a secret international act.
