The Health Ministry is reporting that no death due to Covid vaccination, has been recorded in the country.
This follows concerns raised by the public, after some persons died after being vaccinated.
The Ministry has on previous occasions stressed that the cause of death may be connected to other factors, to include comorbidities or accidents and that the cases would be investigated.
In the six months that the Ministry has been administering vaccine doses, 11 persons have died after being vaccinated.
Nine of those cases were found to be due to other causes, making their vaccination coincidental.
Director of Family Health Services in the Ministry of Health, Dr. Melody Ennis, said two other deaths have been classified as indeterminate temporal.
