Minister Marion Hall during an Instagram live yesterday stated that she wants to do a song with Shenseea. This after she said in another IG live that the “Lick” singer was in a “race to hell”.
Minister Hall posted the complete IG live video on her page and tagged Shenseea. In the over 19-minute video, she said that she wants to collaborate with Shenseea because she loves her and wants to give her proper direction in an effort to protect her innocence. What surprised many is that the dancehall-turned-gospel artiste would collaborate on a secular song, not a gospel track as most would expect.
Of course, as soon as the video made its rounds on social media, as you would imagine, the comments started to pour in. one person said, “mumma saw confuse to rastajah”.
Music producer Skatta Burrell also commented on the post saying, “Mumma juss realize church has nothing to offer and dont know how to return to the place that gave her prominence. Only sad that she took all her great achievements for granted”.
Dancehall veteran Macka Diamond also commented on Minister Hall’s recent criticism of Shenseea, stating that she too was young when she just started in the business. Macka also made mention of Hall allegedly being banned from Sumfest for a few years because of her lewd actions.
