Following the recent passing of Wellesley Bolt, the father of sprint legend Usain Bolt, the Minister of Culture, Gender, Entertainment and Sport Olivia 'Babsy' Grange, has offered words of condolence to the family.
Minister Grange said Bolt along with his wife Jennifer, had guided their son Usain, to be a great personality on and off the track.
She described the senior Bolt, as an exemplary father, who had every step of the way remained humble, despite the greatness of his son and encouraged Usain to be the same.
The Minister added that father Bolt ran his own race of life, with dignity, forming a formidable parental support team, with his wife Jennifer.
