Miley Cyrus has officially confirmed the release date for her tenth studio album, Bass Persuades, set to arrive on September 18.
The formal project announcement arrives after days of widespread social media speculation, triggered when the 33-year-old performer removed her surname across her official digital accounts to operate under the mononym "Miley".
Addressing her audience directly regarding the inspiration behind the project's title, Cyrus reflected on the profound emotional depth carrying through the music, noting that it reflects the full, vulnerable spectrum of life. She expressed gratitude to her supporters for helping turn her ambitions into reality and shared her hopes that listeners connect with the upcoming record.
Bass Persuades serves as the follow-up to her 2025 release Something Beautiful. Crucially, the project represents her debut album launch through Atlantic Records following her high-profile label signing earlier this year.
