Microsoft has started informing Windows 11 users that certain operating system features are not loading due to an expired certificate.
The certificate expired on October 31, and Microsoft warns that some Windows 11 users will be unable to access apps such as the Snipping Tool, touch keyboard, or emoji panel until the certificate is renewed.
To address some of the issues, a patch is available, but it is currently in preview, which means users must manually install the patch from Windows Update.
