Congratulations are in order for American actors Meagan Good and Jonathan Majors.
The couple are engaged and shared the news yesterday at the Ebony Power 100 Gala in Los Angeles last night (November 17).
Good, 43 years old, flashed her ring while twirling her fingers to pose for pictures with her Beau.
When asked how she was feeling by People Magazine, the Stomp the Yard actress said, “We’re feeling great," then Majors added, “It’s a season of joy. It’s a season of all good things” before flashing a smile at the camera.
The couple later shared with E! News that they chose to announce their engagement at the gala because it is where they first met two years ago. Apparently, they met in a unisex bathroom and officially became a couple in May 2023.
Meagan Good is the ex-wife of pastor DeVon Franklin. They were married from 2012 until their split in December 2021, with their divorce finalised in June 2022.
While Majors was arrested on March 25, 2023, due to a domestic dispute. The scandal cost him his job of playing the role of Kang the Conqueror for Marvel. Good stood by his side throughout his trial. Majors was sentenced to a year-long in-person domestic violence intervention program. Failure to complete the program will result in six months in jail.
