Mayor of Kingston, Delroy Williams is calling for a reorganization of the municipal police system to improve the operations of municipalities.
Mayor Williams says the restructuring is needed to ensure better enforcement of laws.
He said the officers should be given police training, even though they carry out municipal functions.
