Masicka Disputes Copyright Claim After Several Songs Pulled From YouTube

Dancehall artiste Masicka says he writes his own music after several of his songs were removed from YouTube following a copyright claim.

In a statement on Thursday, the artiste, whose real name is Javaun Fearon, said tracks including Whites, Rich Sex, Mute, and Scope were taken down earlier this year.

He strongly disputed the claims, insisting all the songs were written and released properly by him.

Masicka added that his legal and distribution teams are working to resolve the issue and restore the content.
