Over the last few months, Marilyn Manson has been hit with many sexual assault accusations, but now it looks like he will not get indicted for his alleged wrongdoings due to lack of evidence.
According to TMZ, one of the victims who had made some brutal assertions about the 53-year-old had reportedly provided insufficient proof to cops, which made their statement lack “some credibility issues” and fail to help build a legitimate case.
The findings provided by law enforcement will be presented to the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s office, who will have the final say on whether Mason will face charges or not.
But as of right now, there is not enough support to back up the aforementioned claims of sexual assault, which means Manson technically cannot be prosecuted by the DA’s office.
