Gavin Oliver, managing director of "Who’s Your Daddy," a paternity testing clinic in New Kingston, shared insights into the challenges surrounding paternity testing in Jamaica.
According to him, many cases involve paternity misallocation—situations where women are uncertain about the biological father of their child—rather than intentional fraud. He also noted instances where clients request falsified results out of fear for their safety, underscoring the societal tensions such revelations can create.
