The third annual Caribbean Music Awards will return on Thursday, August 28, at the Kings Theatre in Brooklyn.
This year’s ceremony honors Busta Rhymes with the Elite Icon Award and dancehall heavyweight Bounty Killer with the Lifetime Achievement Award, alongside over 200 nominees in 40+ categories.
The evening will once again be hosted by the “King of Caribbean Comedy,” Majah Hype, under the theme “Voice of the Caribbean.”
The performance lineup features top nominees and fan favorites, including Lila Iké, Chronic Law, Konshens, Ding Dong, Kranium, Romain Virgo, Trinidadian soca artist Lady Lava, newly crowned St. Vincent and the Grenadines Soca Monarch Skinny Fabulous, and more.
