The long time spouse of late reggae icon Daddy U Roy has died.
Reports are that Marcia Smikle, died at the University Hospital of the West Indies in St Andrew yesterday at the age of 65.
Her cause of death was not disclosed.
Smikle and U-Roy shared a relationship spanning 41 years.
U-Roy died of diabetes and hypertension-related complications at the University Hospital of the West Indies in St Andrew on February 17 at the age of 79.
