Grammy nominee Koffee makes an appearance on JAY-Z’s favorite hip-hop and R&B songs from the past 12 months.
“Toast” by Koffee is among the songs that made the 40 track playlist. It was listed at number 17.
2019 has been huge for Koffee since releasing her “Rapture” EP in March of this year.
The success of the single “Toast” has helped her garner attention worldwide, dominating the Billboard Reggae Charts, and also winning favor with US President Obama when he included the song on his 2019 Summer Playlist.
Her “Rapture” EP was recently nominated for “Best Reggae Album” for the 2020 Grammy Awards.
