Khadija Shaw is reportedly close to signing a new contract with Manchester City Women in the FA Women's Super League.
The Jamaican striker, City’s all-time leading scorer, has 15 goals and four assists in 16 league games this season.
Her form has helped City lead the table on 42 points, ahead of Manchester United Women and champions Chelsea Women.
Shaw, who joined City from FC Girondins de Bordeaux Féminines in 2021, is in the final months of her contract but reports suggest talks on an extension are progressing positively.
