The name Kevin McCall has been trending on social media for the last 72 hours, but who is that man, and why is he beefing with so many people?
Let's just say that Kevin McCall's career is officially a cautionary tale in the music industry.
Earlier this week, the singer, songwriter and producer went viral for his meltdown on a podcast called "Back on Figg".
McCall recounted his negative experiences in the music industry, claiming to not be compensated for his musical work, and also sharing that he was on EBT (Electronic Benefits Transfer), which is a government assistance system implemented to help Americans in need of financial assistance.
After his emotional outbursts, the songwriter claimed that R&B legend Chris Brown still hasn't paid him his royalties or given him his credit, especially for his work on hits like "Deuces" and "Strip".
McCall then went on to list a few singers he believed could not actually sing.
Let's get to the drama. Chris Brown took to his Instagram to add insult to injury by posting tour photos to the song "Deuces" and then called McCall a "broke troll".
Then, fans started to rehash videos of Breezy trolling McCall, videos as far back as 10 years ago.
This caused fans to do some digging, in which they discovered that McCall has a history of controversies with other artistes.
Kevin also shares a child with model Eva Marcille, whose relationship ended on a messy note, smearing his name even more after his fallout with Chris Breezy.
McCall seems to be enjoying the spotlight; he took to social media to challenge Chris Brown and Mario (who he claims can't actually sing) to a sing-off.
Mario commented on the "Sensational" singer's post, which prompted McCall to respond. Mario wasn't having it and told him to "Drop some music... R&B up right now."
Kevin is now being interviewed by numerous blog sites, and he is "hitting them notes" to prove his point that he really can sing.
As the mess continues, we will give you the updates!
