Streamer Kai Cenat is facing a civil lawsuit after his bodyguard allegedly assaulted a man during the 2025 Dominican Day Parade in New York City.
The plaintiff claims he was punched without provocation and is also accusing Cenat of negligent hiring and vicarious liability.
The lawsuit names bodyguard Lamont “Cuddy” Gilbert, alleging assault and battery over the incident.
The legal action comes as Cenat hosts his 2026 Streamer University event, which has attracted widespread online attention.
