The Jamaica Urban Transit Company Limited, JUTC, will be increasing their charter rates.
Corporate Communications Manager at the JUTC, Cecil Thoms says the increase is as a result of increases in the price of fuel and other operating costs.
The company has not increased its charter rates for several years.
Mr. Thoms says the increase will come into effect on Monday, September 5.
