Sprint hurdlers Daniel Clarke of Kingston College and St Jago High’s Marquies Page delivered standout performances on Sunday’s final day of the JAAA/Puma National Junior Championships, etching their names in Jamaica’s athletics history.

Clarke stole the spotlight in the Under-20 boys’ 110m hurdles, breaking the national junior record with a blistering 12.96 seconds (0.7m/s).

The performance shattered his previous personal best of 13.06 set earlier this season and solidified his status as one of the brightest young prospects in Jamaican hurdling.

Marquies Page turned heads in the Under-18 boys’ 110m hurdles, clocking the second-fastest time ever recorded by a Jamaican in that age group.
