Judge Orders Stefon Diggs to Fully Explain Relationship With Accuser

A federal judge has ordered Stefon Diggs to provide a fuller explanation of his prior relationship with Christopher Blake Griffith, who accuses him of drugging and sexually assaulting him in 2023.

The court ruled that Diggs must give a “truthful, complete, and non-evasive” account of how he knows Griffith, saying the single description of “acquaintance” was insufficient in discovery.

The judge also ordered Diggs to clarify interactions at his Maryland residence and identify others present at the time, though he was not required to answer questions about alleged drug possession or distribution.

Diggs denies all allegations and has separately filed a defamation lawsuit, while the case remains in active pre-trial proceedings ahead of a mid-June deadline.
