Well, it turns out that maybe, just maybe, love does cost a thing!
American actress and singer Jennifer Lopez filed for divorce yesterday (20 August) from actor Ben Affleck.
Jen and Ben started dating in 2002 after both actors were featured in the film “Gigli”. The couple hit it off and quickly got engaged.
However, they called it quits in 2004, right before they could ‘tie the knot’. Ben went on to marry another Jennifer, Jennifer Garner, in 2005, while Jen married Marc Anthony in the same year.
They rekindled their relationship in 2021, setting the stage for “Bennifer 2.0,” and married in July 2022.
Jennifer Lopez filed for divorce on the second anniversary of their Georgia wedding, shattering the fairy-tale dreams of the ultimate comeback for the two.
