International media outlets are gearing up for a divorce, which they believe could get ugly!
It was revealed that the couple did not have a prenuptial agreement and that they are currently in mediation.
Lopez, in her August 20 divorce petition, stated that she was unaware of the exact state of their assets.
According to California state law, only the income earned during their union would be considered community property and subject to division.
During their marriage, they bought a Beverly Hills mansion, which was later listed for 68 million dollars in July. It is also reported that they both earned millions through films and endorsements like Dunkin’ commercials.
