Mental health remains a priority for the Jamaica Constabulary Force, JCF , with renewed efforts to promote the well-being of its officers.
The JCF recently hosted a Health and Wellness Seminar for members of its Force Development and Logistics Portfolio, covering topics including nutrition, fitness, stress management, resilience, and mental health.
Presenters encouraged officers to prioritise their physical and psychological well-being, noting that healthier officers are better equipped to serve and protect the public.
The JCF says investing in the physical and mental well-being of its officers remains a priority as it works to strengthen the organisation and its service to the public.
