Organisers of the popular Jamaican music showcase, Jazz and Blue have decided to defer this year’s staging until next year. This is due to the uncertainty brought on by the novel coronavirus pandemic.
However, according to Walter Elmore, the event’s owner/executive producer, 2023 will be a fantastic experience. In 2023, the Jamaica Jazz and Blues Festival will celebrate its 21st staging.
It has featured headliners such as Celine Dion, Mariah Carey, Maroon 5, Diana Ross, John Legend, Billy Ocean, Anita Baker, Estelle, Kenny Rogers, and Air Supply, as well as a slew of top Jamaican stars including Shaggy, Sean Paul, Ziggy Marley, Maxi Priest, Tarrus Riley, Beres Hammond, Tessanne Chin, Chronixx, and many more.
