In case you missed it, last Saturday night was the kick-off of the first Verzuz Iconz concert series, which was headlined by our very own Super Cat.
The event was held at the Barclays Center in New York with special guest performances by Kranium, Dexta Daps, Konshens, Cham, Teejay and Barrington Levy. To say the event was epic would be an understatement, as each artiste took the stage to deliver an electrifying performance.
Kranium and Teejay opened the show and got the crowd energized with some of their hit songs, Dexta Daps had the ladies screaming while performing his hit “No Underwear”. Konshens went on to deliver a superb performance which got the crowd pumping even more, followed by Cham who took the stage delivering hits such as “Tables will Turn” in fine style. Of course, Barrington Levy did not disappoint, delivering some classic dancehall music.
Super Cat hit the stage in a pin-striped suit delivering hits such as, “Nuff Man A Dead”, “Mud Up” before closing out with “Don Dada”.
The show also saw Wyclef Jean performing, who was also the host.
