Jamaica has recorded one new Monkeypox case, pushing the country’s case count to 16.
The Health Ministry says the case was confirmed last week, in a male from Kingston and St. Andrew.
Meanwhile, 12 patients have recovered, three cases remain active, while the other which is a suspected death, remains under investigation.
The suspected death has been under investigation, since early September.
