The Jamaica Olympic Association (JOA) recently broke ground for a new building at its Cunningham Avenue location as the new headquarters.
According to JOA president Christopher Samuda, the new hub will be at the heart of their efforts to monetize their assets.
The project’s total cost is a whopping 120 million JA dollars, and it will be funded through a collaboration between the JOA and the Pan American Sports Organization (PASO).
PASO will contribute $60 million, while the JOA will foot the rest of the bill.
