Recording artist Jah Cure will have to spend a little more time in Amsterdam as prosecutors requested more time to probe his phone records.
The reggae artist has been charged with attempted murder and aggravated assault. On Wednesday, he was remanded till March 8 as he awaits his trial.
It seems like the entertainer’s past may haunt him as prosecutors are looking into his prior convictions as well as the results of a digital investigation of the entertainer’s phone.
The singer is being detained for allegedly stabbing show promoter Nicardo Blake at Dam Square on October 1, 2021.
He has been held at an undisclosed detention centre outside of Amsterdam since the incident.
