Recording artiste Jah Cure is set to appear a second time in court today.
The Zee reported earlier this month that the ‘Love Is’ artiste was arrested and charged in the Netherlands following the alleged stabbing of show promoter, Nicardo ‘Papa’ Blake.
His list of charges includes: attempted murder, attempted manslaughter, aggravated assault, and attempted aggravated assault.
At his first court appearance, Jah Cure was remanded for 14 days in a Dutch detention facility, spending his 43rd birthday in jail.
In 1998, Jah Cure was sentenced to 13 years in prison for raping and robbing a woman at gunpoint. He served 8 years and if charged in this incident, the artiste can face up to 15 years behind bars again.
