The International Reggae and World Music Awards, IRAWMAs, has announced that Veteran Deejay Spragga Benz, will be honoured for his outstanding contributions to music and culture.
With a career spanning over 30 years, Spragga Benz has remained a powerful force in the industry.
The IRAWMAs noted that 'beyond his music, Spragga has made a meaningful impact through acting, community engagement and cultural advocacy."
It says the honour recognises his longevity, influence and unwavering dedication to the preservation and elevation of Caribbean music and culture worldwide.
The International Reggae And World Music Awards is set to take place May 17 at the Lauderhill Performing Arts Center in Lauderhill, Florida.
