The debut staging of Maurice Lee’s Kromanti Fest will take place on Saturday(May 21) in Moore Town, Portland.
His tour company, Kromanti Experience, is hosting the event, which was inspired by their seven-year anniversary in April and Lee’s birthday on Friday.
Patrons can expect to be entertained by artists such as Dre Island, 5Star Celestial, Amlak Redsquare, and two unconfirmed female performers from noon to 11 p.m.
The Accompong Town and Charles Town Maroons, as well as Bongo Shem (Kumina) and Ras Pele (Nyahbinghi), will provide educational entertainment .
