In the now-viral video, the R&B star found herself in a couture crisis.
Dressed in a curve-hugging black dress that left little room to breathe, let alone walk, the “Kill Bill” singer needed two suited assistants just to help her navigate the stage steps. And still, it wasn’t enough. In the viral moment, she ditched dignity for determination and began hopping up the stairs, carefully clutching her chest to avoid a wardrobe malfunction.
She barely made it but laughed through it, and still delivered a heartfelt speech, shouting out her fans, loved ones, and even Twitch star Kai Cenat, who handed her the award.
Fashion struggle or not, SZA walked away a double winner.
