The photographer of Australian rapper Iggy Azalea said the leaked photos of the singer were stolen and published without his consent.

In an Instagram post on Monday, Nino Munoz said he is outraged and saddened that the photos were stolen. He also mentioned that there is currently an investigation underway and that anyone who posts the illegal photos will be prosecuted.

The photos were taken for the magazine GQ Australia in 2016.

As was reported in Zip Info, Iggy said in a statement on Monday that she intends to press charges after the topless photos leaked online.

In a now-deleted tweet, Iggy said that the photos were apparently out-takes from the photo shoot and not intended for release. She also deactivated her social media accounts after receiving inappropriate comments regarding the photo
