Ice Spice has been ordered to sit for a deposition in an ongoing lawsuit filed by a wig company in New York.
TheeBellaBrand, LLC alleges the rapper agreed to purchase about 25 custom wigs worth $20,000 but never paid.
The company is also seeking damages, claiming she posted negatively about them on social media and harmed their business.
Ice Spice, whose legal name is Isis Naija Gaston, is scheduled to be deposed on September 10 in Manhattan.
