Halle Berry’s Instagram may have been hacked, and the timing has people raising eyebrows.
A now-deleted Story posted Monday (Oct. 26) read, “If kids disrespect their mom, the root cause often traces back to their relationship with the father.” With Berry and ex-husband Olivier Martinez locked in a heated custody battle over their 13-year-old son, Maceo, the post quickly sparked speculation.
However, sources close to Berry reportedly told TMZ that she did not post the message and that her account appeared to have been hacked.
The social media mystery comes as Martinez seeks sole custody and a domestic violence restraining order, alleging Berry choked Maceo during a Sept. 26 argument over a virtual reality headset. Berry denies the allegation, describing the incident as roughhousing.
Berry’s daughter, Nahla Aubry, also testified that she had never witnessed her mother physically abuse Maceo. Meanwhile, the court battle continues, with Berry asking for custody restrictions to be lifted and joint custody reinstated.
The alleged account breach has not been publicly confirmed, and the court proceedings remain ongoing.
