R&B songstress Halle Bailey is gearing up to release her debut studio album with an interesting title.
The project is named "Love, Or Something Like It.".
Yesterday (October 8), the Little Mermaid actress took to her Instagram to drop the big news. The video shows Halle in a red dress, as she narrates what seems to be the underlying theme of the project.

The video is captioned "love? or something like it’ — my debut album. a story of first love, heartbreak, and everything that comes after. ... this one means everything to me..."
The album will be released on October 24th.
Thousands of fans took to her comment section to share their excitement. One fan commented, "I feel a Grammy coming for our little mermaid," while another stated, "NEVER SAT THIS MUCH BEFORE!!!!"
The "Angel" singer has been keeping a low profile on the music scene for a while and has had quite a year.
Earlier this year, she was entangled in a legal battle with her ex, DDG, over custody of their one-year-old son, Halo. Both parties were instructed not to post pictures of the baby online.
The actress has also been busy filming a romantic comedy called "Italianna," which stars Rege-Jean Page.
