Masicka has further stirred dancehall tensions after name-dropping Gaza Kim, Lisa Hyper, and Gaza Slim in his new diss track "System", aimed at Tommy Lee Sparta.
The new clash has seemingly sparked "mini-feuds" among other Gaza artistes, who are seizing the opportunity to release their songs.
Gaza Kim initially seemed quiet when Masicka dropped her name, but later reacted on social media, posting a photo where she made an obscene hand gesture while the song played in the background. To fans' surprise, the "Teenage Pregnancy" singer seemed to be signaling her support for the diss.
The feud escalated when fellow Gaza affiliate, Blak Ryno, in a separate diss song targeting Kartel rivals, called out Gaza Kim, accusing her of being overly involved in other people’s affairs.
The song lyric "Big up Lisa Hype but what is this, Gaza Kim she love people business" seemed to strike a nerve with Kim, which sparked a heated exchange in the comments.
Gaza Kim later fired back in a humorous video now circulating online, referencing viral footage of Ryno being assaulted, while also jokingly acknowledging her own past experiences, adding another twist to the ongoing lyrical clash.
Gaza fans then called for Gaza Kim to remove the "Gaza" from her name.
Looks like Christmas will be festive after all.
