Card, who attends Wolmers Boys, clocked 10.28 seconds to win the event ahead of Tyrece Foreman of St Georges and Malike Nugent of Excelsior High.
Earlier this afternoon, he stunned the National Stadium into silence with an electric personal best performance of 10.06 in the semi final.
In the Girls equivalent, Sabrina Dockery of Lacovia HIGH claimed the gold medal in 11.08 seconds.
She beat Doniella Lewis from Holmwood Tech and Renecia Edwards from Edwin Allen.
Day 3 of the Championships takes place tomorrow inside the National Stadium.
