Four people were shot, one fatally, by a gunman at the intersection of Strand and Market Streets, in St. James, last night (May 3).
Dead is 28-year-old Romario Smalling otherwise called ‘‘Qwengha”, a vendor of Rose Heights, St. James.
Reports from the police are that about 10:35 p.m., Smalling and three other people were standing at the intersection, when a gunman opened fire hitting them.
They were taken to hospital where Smalling was pronounced dead and the others admitted in critical condition.
