There’s A High Pressure Ridge and Low-Level Jet Stream across Jamaica.

The Met Service says Both the Ridge and Low-Level Jet Stream are expected to remain across the island over the next few days.

A Low-Level Jet Stream is a narrow band of fast flowing winds in the lower levels of the atmosphere.

Additionally, A Small Craft Warning remains in effect for inshore areas of the south coast, and offshore areas of the north and south coasts due to strong winds and rough seas.

Tonight continues to be Mainly fair. Windy along the south coast.

Tomorrow Morning into the Afternoon will be Partly cloudy. Windy across southern parishes.

Minimum temperature expected for Kingston tonight is 26 degrees Celsius and in Montego Bay tonight is 25 degrees Celsius.
