The National Council on Education, NCE, is recommending an island-wide vaccination blitz targeting the education sector.
The Council wants the Education and Health and Wellness Ministries to collaborate to make this a reality, as the sector prepares for the reopening of schools for face-to-face learning in the new academic year in September.
According to the NCE, this effort should be fully integrated with school leaders and the boards of management taking full charge of the exercise.
