Billboard-charting producer and selector DJ Mac is sampling Mavado and Stacious’ 2010 hit “Come Into My Room” for a new single, “Starbucks,” by rising artiste Feloni19.
The producer has not confirmed whether the track will form part of a full riddim project, though more artistes could be added.
DJ Mac is currently on his WYFL Tour, with Japan dates scheduled for Osaka, Okinawa, Tokyo and Okayama later in September.
The original “Come Into My Room” remains a dancehall favourite, with more than 35 million YouTube views and 30 million Spotify streams.
