Diddy hasn’t given up on getting out of jail before his sex trafficking and racketeering conspiracy case goes to trial.
His bid for immediate release was denied, but a three-judge panel will consider his motion for bail.
Diddy, whose real name is Sean Combs, was ordered to stay in jail on Thursday (October 10). The Bad Boy Records founder proposed a $50 million bond with GPS monitoring and visitor restrictions. Judges deemed him to be a flight risk and threat to witnesses.
Diddy was indicted for sex trafficking, racketeering conspiracy and transportation to engage in prostitution in September. He pleaded not guilty to the charges.
