Diddy Wiped His Instagram

Embattled music mogul, Sean “Diddy” Combs wiped his Instagram clean over the weekend.

This came a month after Diddy posted his infamous apology video, after the release of the security footage of him abusing Cassie the hallway of a hotel in 2016.

Many social media persons are theorizing that this was to get a “new start” while others are speculating that the rapper is simply taking a break from social media, as this is not the first time, he has done this.

Just recently, Diddy has reportedly dropped the $60 million lawsuit against his former clothing line, “Sean John”.

Sean John, which uses the rapper’s first and middle name, was founded by Diddy in 1998.

However, it was sold to Global Brands Group in 2016.

In 2021 the “Bad Boy” rapper filed numerous lawsuits against Global Brand claiming they misused his likeness and image in their promotion of their clothing, without his permission.

He also tried to trademark “vote or die” which Diddy claims the company tried to exploit.

Diddy then later bought out the company for 7.5 million dollars and took back control of the company when Global Brands Group filed for bankruptcy.

Though Combs still continued his legal fight he recently dismissed all claims and counter claims involving the case.

This came after the honorary key to New York was rescinded by the city’s mayor Eric Adams last week.
