Diddy has shaved a little time off his federal prison sentence.
The Bad Boy Entertainment founder is now scheduled for release on April 25, 2028, about six weeks earlier than his original June date.
The change comes after he enrolled in the Residential Drug Abuse Program at Fort Dix in New Jersey, which allows qualifying inmates to cut time off their sentences through intensive counselling and rehabilitation.
The 56-year-old rapper entered the program last November and according to his spokesperson, he has been committed to the process.
The sentence stems from his July 2025 conviction on two prostitution related charges following a high-profile eight-week trial.
While Diddy continues to maintain his innocence and pursue an appeal, he will also face five years of supervised release once he completes his prison term.
