The “Bad Boy Entertainment” founder remains behind bars at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn after his $50 million bail request was denied. Diddy pleaded not guilty.
As part of an appeal from his legal team, Diddy promised to adhere to several conditions, including refraining from having any female visitors other than family members and the mothers of his children. He also agreed to undergo weekly drug tests, avoid contacting witnesses, and provide federal authorities with a log of everyone visiting his Miami residence.
During yesterday’s proceedings, Judge Robyn Tarnosky expressed concern that Diddy might attempt to intimidate witnesses, citing a report claiming that the rapper had called singer Kalenna Harper over 50 times.
If convicted, Diddy could face life in prison.
