Tomorrow (October 3) is Diddy's "big day," and in preparation for his sentencing, the court system will be switching things up.
Diddy, whose real name is Sean Combs, will be allowed to wear regular clothes when he speaks to Judge Arun Subramanian at his sentencing.
This will be the first time the "I Need a Girl" rapper will talk about his conviction charges.
The rap mogul was found guilty on two counts of transporting women for prostitution. He was cleared of racketeering and sex trafficking charges earlier this year. He could face up to 20 years in prison.
Prosecutors want him to serve over 11 years, while his lawyers are pushing for him to serve 14 months, citing that he has already spent 13 months in jail.
