During his sex trafficking trial, rap mogul, Diddy, was almost removed from the courtroom this morning (June 6).
The "Act Bad" rapper was allegedly making faces and nodding at jurors.
Judge Arun Subramanian warned his attorney, Marc Agnifilo, that such behavior wouldn’t be tolerated, saying it could lead to limiting instructions or even removal from the courtroom.
Agnifilo assured it wouldn't happen again, prompting a firm final warning from the judge.
Diddy has remained active during proceedings, often passing notes to his legal team and blowing kisses to his mother in the gallery.
